Initial prototypes to confirm the design concept and injection mould tooling to deliver an estimated 1000 per annum.
Solution
Plunkett Associates supplied Stereolithography prototypes for initial form and fit assessment followed by injection mould tooling and parts sourced via the Far East. Prototypes were delivered in typically 5 days and the mould tooling was signed off at T1 in circa 6 weeks.
