Sintermask, Selective Mask Sintering (SMS)

Plunkett Associates are pleased to be the exclusive UK agents for Sintermask, the Swedish company behind Selective Mask Sintering or SMS.

SMS is from the next generation of sintering processes, substituting infrared heating lamps for expensive lasers and scanning systems, to achieve each layer in a 'flash'.

Working at build rates of up to 35mm/hour SMS will deliver functional parts in nylon (PA) at a price per part that was previously unattainable.
