Sintermask machines
The current machine is the Pollux 32 (download Datasheet in .pdf), offering a build envelope of 210 x 300 x 500(z) mm. Operating at between 10 and 20 seconds per layer this achieves a build rate of between 20 and 35mm per hour depending on material.
Whilst three phase power is required, the usual Laser Sintering requirement for nitrogen is unnecessary, making installation that much easier and further reducing the operational costs.
