Sintermask History

In 1996 Ralf Larson (also behind SPARX AB and Arcam AB) developed a technique that allowed the lasers used in Laser Sintering, to be replaced with infrared heating lamps.

In 2000 Speedpart was formed to commercialise the technology and with the intellectual property rights were transferred to Sintermask with the first investment from Venturos.

Sintermask has subsequently worked exclusively on bring this technology to market, showing the Pollux 32 at Euromold in 2007.
