Micro Stereolithography of plastic parts
Highlights
Micro resolution Stereolithography is for those situations where high resolution is just not enough. Operating at 25 micron layers and capable of resolving features down to 40 micron in the x -y plane, this takes Stereolithography into another domain. Using substantially modified equipment and a custom resin formulation (MicroFine Green) parts are opaque green in colour and have the stiffness of ABS.
