Solution
Plunkett Associates supplied prototypes CNC machined in polycarbonate (PC) from the design data. Compared to Stereolithography these were stronger, more representative in terms of weight and were supplied in a 'dressed and primed' condition ready for final painting. Delivery was 10 days.
