Objet for flexible parts
The range of flexible resins from Objet are known as Tango and cover the range from 27 to 75 Shore A. Elongation varies from 47% through to 200% plus depending on grade, although this is orientation specific.
These materials work with the same support system and are otherwise processed in a similar way to the hard Vero materials.
As mentioned earlier the introduction of the Connex machine with the ability to digitally combine both hard and elastomeric materials, has dramatically opened up the opportunities for both graduating hardness and building a variety of hardness’s to achieve the desired goal.
